All KM Computer assembled systems have a 1 year hardware warranty. Individual parts sold and regularly stocked by KM Computers also have a 1 year hardware warranty. In most circumstances, the manufacturers warranty will exceed KM Computers' warranty, and will assist you in obtaining warranty replacement from the manufacturer if needed. (Additional service charges may apply).

All KM Computer warranties are depot warranties. We do not offer on-site warranty coverage. Objects to be warrantied need to be returned to KM Computers to be replaced or repaired at KM Computers discretion. Replacement may include replacement with a comparable or better component. Replaced parts may be refurbished.

All refurbished systems and parts have a 30-day replacement only warranty.

The following items are manufacturers warranty only:

• All Special order items.
• Monitors.
• Printers.
• Notebooks
• All Software (We only purchase software via authorised distribution channels, and, when applicable, register all software under the name of the final end-user.)
• Name Brand PC's (HP, Dell, etc..)

  
Please be aware that upon the purchase of a Name Brand PC or Laptop from KM Computers, there is often the option of extended manufacturer warranties, including accidental damage warranties. Additional and/or extended warranties must be purchased at the time of purchase of the system in question. KM Computers will be happy to assist you with pricing and evaluation of third party extended warranties.
